Understand the importance of properly assessing management and the borrower’s competitive environment in assessing the prospects that interest-bearing debt will be serviced from business cash flow;
Understand the importance of properly identifying all possible repayment sources; and
Understand the importance of identifying relevant risks to each repayment source, along with possible mitigants for each of those risks.
