Mr. France is the founder of SalesNavigation,
a consulting, training, and software firm dedicated
to improving the performance and focus of front-line
professionals for revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
All of the training materials and supporting software
products to reinforce SalesNavigation training programs have been developed based on his personal
experience and success.
He has been a sales person,
a manager, and a senior executive within the computer
software and financial services industries, beginning
his career in the computer software industry and subsequently
moving to the financial services industry.
He helped
Wells Fargo Bank reengineer their Business Banking Group
and was responsible for the San Francisco and San Jose
Areas with a $1 million loan approval authority. He
joined Financial Proformas, later Moody's Risk Management
Services, as the senior executive responsible for worldwide
sales and marketing activities for the company's training
and commercial credit risk software.
