The first session in this Online Classroom – a 90 minute live webcast – identifies the four essential issues that must be addressed in every credit write-up, reviews the sequential analytical steps in the credit decision process, reviews the financial statements for a prospective borrower to identify obvious risk issues, examines the relevant similarities and differences between and among the common types of business organizations, and examines the purpose and key elements of a single purpose entity (SPE).

  • Credit College for Commercial Real Estate series is delivered in a repeating cycle. The sessions need not be taken in sequence, so you can begin during one cycle and conclude in the next cycle. For example, you can start the series at session four - The Appraisal Report and Approaches to Market Value - and then finish seven sessions later with session three - Guarantor Analysis, Global Cash Flow, and the Second Way Out.You can also miss a session in one cycle, then attend the missing session in the next cycle.So regardless of the order in which they are taken, a series purchase provides the full series.
