On Friday November 7th at 11:00 a.m. PDT, we conduct our second 90-minute webcast on the Uniform Credit Analysis (UCA) Cash Flow Statement. In the first 75 minutes of the webcast, we review the concept and purpose of the UCA cash flow statement, manually construct a UCA cash flow statement, and assess the information it provides about owner compensation, borrowing causes, cash sources for debt service, the financing requirement, and cash sources of financing. A recent participant commented: "I ... attended [another] UCA cash flow class, a 2 day course and this course by far explained cash flow in a more concise and easy to understand manner." In the final 15 minutes of the webcast, we respond to participant questions. You can sign-up participants as late as 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 7th PDT.
Target Audience: For analysts and lenders who wish to review the concept, purpose, mechanics, and analytical content of the UCA cash flow statement in a hands-on, working session. Delivery: A two-part 90-minute webinar in which the instructor reviews the concept, purpose, mechanics, and resulting analytical content of the UCA cash flow statement by reference to financial statements for a real estate developer, as well as responds to questions in a final 30-minute segment of the webcast. Enrollment Fees: For each connection, you may have unlimited participants in the room. * Number of connections included determined by asset size.
